COVID-19 WORKING PRACTICE (JANUARY21)
CJ Lawnscaping would like to bring all existing and new client's attention to the current Coronavirus-19 Pandemic situation and explain how the business is adapting it's operation and cooperating following Government Advice.
This information is in addition to the circulars which have been communicated to all existing clients with work scheduled and those individuals who have contacted us with enquiries.
Due to the nature of our work, CJ Lawnscaping intends to continue to uphold the standard of it's existing lawn care services. We are implementing a few modifications to the way we work that are intended to ensure the safety of all individuals and that remains our primary concern.
All existing lawn care maintenance programmes and any new planned work, will ensure that the operator(s) are abiding by Government guidelines with particular attention given to:
"Only leave your house to go to work if you absolutely cannot work from home"
"If you go out, stay 2 metres (6ft) away from other people at all times"
"Work carried out in people’s homes, can continue...maintaining a 2 metre distance from any household occupants...No work should be carried out in any household which is isolating"
CJ Lawnscaping continue to carry out their services observing social isolation guidelines and hygiene rules as well as adopting increased usage of technology for communication and settlement of invoices.
Clients will continue to be contacted electronically and payments can be made in the same manner. For those who wish to make separate arrangements, contact has already been made.
As always, any potential new clients requesting lawn surveys are invited to make contact either by telephone or by using the Contact page on this website.
As per previous instruction, CJ Lawnscaping will gladly rearrange a clients' appointment, should they or a member of their household experience symptoms and we respect if you could give us prior notice should this occur.
Until further notice, CJ Lawnscaping will operate it's services as follows:
Confirmation of client visit through the usual channels of E-mail / Text Message to inform you of approximate time and the type of service being carried out, as well as arrangement to gain access to the property. Any specific issues you may have with the lawn itself or queries you wish to discuss, can be communicated via return E-mail or telephone. Any potential site visits to conduct lawn surveys can also be carried out in the same manner and CJ Lawnscaping will be using satellite technology images as part of it's information gathering process to ensure that surveys are as accurate as possible, while face to face contact is prohibited.
While on site, to ensure the safety of all, CJ Lawnscaping will not ring the doorbell on arrival, but the client will have been made aware of our arrival through technology, so if need be, you can raise any queries from a window, providing you keep a safe distance. Once the work has been completed, CJ Lawnscaping will confirm via a text message that your invoice and any special instructions will be E-mailed to you. As agreed, payment will be made via a BACS transfer or through other method if by prior agreement.
If there are any issues or problems with your lawn to discuss, then this will be included in the special instructions confirmation E-mail following our visit.
As the COVID-19 situation is evolving rapidly, CJ Lawnscaping will continue to monitor developments closely and may review it's policy as and when required. It is our intention to keep our clients as informed as possible.
As always, CJ Lawnscaping welcome contact and feedback from both existing and potential new clients and invite you to contact us should you have any further queries.
CJ Lawnscaping would like to thank you for your custom and consideration and we send you our very best wishes and good health at this challenging time.
Kind Regards,
Cris Jeffrey
